- Business Plan: Project description, objectives, market analysis, financial projections

- Proof of Funding: Bank statements, letter of commitment, or proof of funds

- Feasibility Study: Technical and financial viability of the project

- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval from EMA, where applicable
